tasting the CHIANTI CLASSICO, the VINO NOBILE DI MONTEPULCIANO,
the BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO and the VERNACCIA DI SAN GIMIGNANO;
then you will move to UMBRIA to meet the ORVIETO and the SAGRANTINO
